It’s really easy to buy a beat from us!

First, find the beat you want to buy in the player.

If you know the title or type of beat you are looking for you can search for it using the search box at the top of the player where it says “Search Track Types”.

1. Once you’ve found the beat you want to buy, click the red button that says “ADD” you’ll see these four options to choose from:

• Silver – $19.95
• Gold – $34.95
• Platinum – $69.95
• Unlimited – $195.95

Select one license.

2. After selecting the license you will see your red shopping cart in the top right corner. It contains your current total and number of beats. Click on the shopping cart and select “Proceed to Check Out”

3. Once on the check out page, you can preview the full license agreement. If you agree with the terms, you must select the small box that says “I agree to the License Agreement(s) above”.

You must check the box in order to proceed with your order or you will not be allowed to complete your purchase.

4. If you have a coupon code you can enter it in the box and the discount will apply immediately to your order. “Bulk Deals” will automatically apply to your order as well. For example if you buy 2 beats of the same license type then you will automatically receive your third beat (of the same license type) for free.

5. Click “Pay via Paypal or Credit Card” – Here you can log into your PayPal account if you have one, or if you don’t have a PayPal account you can just use your debit or credit card without ever having to sign in to PayPal. To do this, just choose the option below the PayPal login that says, “Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.” Then follow the instructions within PayPal to make your payment.

6. Once the payment is verified and fully processed, on the next screen you will see an invoice containing a link to your beat file(s) and the license(s). This process is usually completed instantly.

No. When a non-exclusive beat is bought, it will remain on the website and can still be bought by others.

If two different people buy the same beat, they can still each copyright their own song they make with that beat. Each artist will be allowed to sell, distribute, perform and broadcast that song (with the proper license agreement).

All our beats listed in the beat player are sold non-exclusively, meaning they can be sold to more than one artist. However, you can still buy unlimited usage rights to these beats by purchasing an “Unlimited License”. The “Unlimited License” agreement grants you the full and unlimited rights to sell, distribute, perform and broadcast (TV, radio, Internet) the song you make with that beat. With our Unlimited License you basically have the same usage rights as if you owned the beat exclusively. The only difference is that it can still be sold to more than one artist.

Track out audio files, also called stems, are the instrument files used to make the instrumental (as in snare, kick, guitar, piano) or sub mixes of an instrumental. For example, an instrumental might have the four stems: Bass, Beat, Percussion, and Instruments. The Bass stem being the bass; the Beat stem being kick and snare; The Percussion stem being the hi-hats, shakers, and crash cymbals; and the Instruments stem being the strings, organs, and synths. All of these stems are the full duration of the instrumental and can be layered together to recreate the stereo mix of the original instrumental.

The reason for stems is that they allow you to mix a song to your personal taste. Although RadioAktive beats come already professionally mixed, depending on the particular artist’s vocals or the sound of the rest of their album, adjustments may want to be made by your personal engineer or a mastering engineer. With stems, these adjustments can be made much more accurately and easily.

If a “Platinum” or “Unlimited” license is available for the selected beat, then each and every sound that you heard in the beat demo will be provided individually in no less than a 44.1K 16 bit wav file.

If a beat does not have a Gold, Platinum, or Unlimited license available, this only means that the audio files for that particular beat have not been prepared and uploaded to RadioAktiveBeats.com server yet. We are currently working to prepare and upload as many files as possible, but if there is a certain one that you would like made available sooner than the others, please email or text us immediately at hits@radioaktivebeats.com or 213-536-1293 (text message/voicemail only). We will reply as soon as possible!

In all projects where any part of a RadioAktive beat is used, be sure to give credit in one of the following formats:

Very rarely will we use a sample of a commercially released song that must be cleared. We’ve only sampled a commercially released track one time in over 10 years. 96% of the time RadioAktive beats are made using copyright/royalty -free or licensed sounds, so you don’t have to worry about clearing any samples.
